Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Monscor ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of monscor.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Orders
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current information, including your name, shipping address, email, and payment details. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if we suspect fraud, an item is unexpectedly out of stock, or there's an error in the listing. If we cancel or change an order, we'll try to notify you using the contact information you provided at checkout.

3. Pricing and Currency
Prices are listed in multiple currencies depending on your location and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing accurate, but errors can happen. If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you before proceeding. Applicable duties and taxes for international orders are calculated and, where possible, included in your total at checkout.

4. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed — actual delivery can be affected by the carrier, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. Shipping costs (and any duties/taxes shown at checkout) are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

5. Returns and Refunds
Any order can be canceled and refunded prior to being packaged and shipped. Once an order has shipped, we only accept returns if the item arrives incorrect or defective. Returns and refunds may be subject to fees. Orders returned by the shipping carrier due to a recipient error may receive partial reimbursement.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, contact us at monscorclo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

6. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using the Site, you consent to that collection and use as described there.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monscor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or inability to use it, unauthorized access to your information, service interruptions, or the conduct of any third party. In no case will our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us for the order in question.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted on this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
